The red panda is also known as the lesser panda, the red bear-cat, and the red cat-bear. The red panda is from eastern Himalayas and southwestern China and feeds on bamboo.
The red panda has beautiful long, soft, reddish-brown fur on top with blackish fur on the lower parts, and has a light face with white badge markings, similar to those of a raccoon.
